Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC25A27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,095 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC25A27-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Sterol catabolic process. Each is linked with SLC25A27 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A27-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A27 results are reported.
