Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC25A24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,179 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC25A24-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNAI3, STXBP3, and NRAS. Each is linked with SLC25A24 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A24-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A24 results are reported.
