Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC25A23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC25A23-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP5-6, C20orf85, and IL22. Each is linked with SLC25A23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A23-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A23 results are reported.
