Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC25A22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC25A22-associated genes across cancer lineages are H3P46, VDAC2P4, and PPEF1-AS1. Each is linked with SLC25A22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A22-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H3P46 grouped by SLC25A22-low versus SLC25A22-high in BRCA.
