Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC25A19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC25A19-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1D2, OR13G1, and IL31. Each is linked with SLC25A19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A19-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A19 results are reported.
