Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC25A17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,467 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC25A17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication checkpoint signaling, Regulation of chromosome condensation, and DNA replication. Each is linked with SLC25A17 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A17-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A17 results are reported.
