Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC25A15 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC25A15 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SLC25A15 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC25A15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, STAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where SLC25A15 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
