SLC25A15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC25A15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,052 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC25A15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RB1, GTF2F2, and TDRD3. Each is linked with SLC25A15 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A15-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC25A15 versus RB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC25A15→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC25A15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
