Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC25A10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC25A10 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher SLC25A10 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC25A10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
THCA, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where SLC25A10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
