Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC24A4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 607 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC24A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLR1, APCDD1L, and YPEL1. Each is linked with SLC24A4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC24A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC24A4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC24A4 versus TLR1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.61.
