SLC24A4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC24A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,676 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC24A4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to high light intensity, Regulation of protein localization to Cajal body, and Positive regulation of protein localization to Cajal body. Each is linked with SLC24A4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC24A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC24A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to high light intensity grouped by SLC24A4-low versus SLC24A4-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC24A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC24A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
