Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC24A3-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,511 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC24A3-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, HIC1_S313, and ILK. Each is linked with SLC24A3-AS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC24A3-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC24A3-AS1 results are reported.
