SLC24A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC24A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,627 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC24A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZMYM6, PTTG1, and PATL1. Each is linked with SLC24A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC24A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC24A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZMYM6 grouped by SLC24A2-low versus SLC24A2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC24A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC24A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
