Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC24A2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC24A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, CDK1, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with SLC24A2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC24A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC24A2 results are reported.
