SLC23A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC23A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,170 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC23A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA2, RPL17P50, and FBXO16. Each is linked with SLC23A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC23A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC23A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA2 grouped by SLC23A2-low versus SLC23A2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC23A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC23A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
