Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC23A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,658 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC23A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to ethanol, Nucleic acid transport, and RNA transport. Each is linked with SLC23A2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC23A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC23A2 results are reported.
