SLC23A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC23A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,131 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC23A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UQCRH, MIR147A, and BAG1. Each is linked with SLC23A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC23A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC23A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UQCRH grouped by SLC23A1-low versus SLC23A1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC23A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC23A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
