Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC22A8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 93 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC22A8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPRM, OGFRL1, and FBXW9. Each is linked with SLC22A8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC22A8-to-partner and partner-to-SLC22A8 results are reported.
