Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC22A8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC22A8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB4, SLC22A2, and ZP4. Each is linked with SLC22A8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC22A8-to-partner and partner-to-SLC22A8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB4 grouped by SLC22A8-low versus SLC22A8-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC22A8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC22A8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
