The most reproducible SLC22A23-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTR5BP, FUNDC2P2, and RNU6-1257P. Each is linked with SLC22A23 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC22A23-to-partner and partner-to-SLC22A23 results are reported.
