Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC22A16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,520 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC22A16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to reactive oxygen species, Regulation of substrate adhesion-dependent cell spreading, and Actin filament depolymerization. Each is linked with SLC22A16 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC22A16-to-partner and partner-to-SLC22A16 results are reported.
