Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC22A14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,003 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC22A14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere maintenance, Spindle organization, and Nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SLC22A14 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC22A14-to-partner and partner-to-SLC22A14 results are reported.
