SLC22A11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC22A11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,547 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC22A11-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBM5-AS1, POLE2, and PARP2. Each is linked with SLC22A11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC22A11-to-partner and partner-to-SLC22A11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBM5-AS1 grouped by SLC22A11-low versus SLC22A11-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC22A11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC22A11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
