SLC22A10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC22A10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,187 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC22A10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC22A9, SLC22A25, and CSAD. Each is linked with SLC22A10 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC22A10-to-partner and partner-to-SLC22A10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC22A10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC22A10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
