Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC22A10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SLC22A10 data layer compared with 7 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher SLC22A10 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC22A10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and BLCA show a favorable association.
BRCA, SCLC, and BLCA are the cancer types where SLC22A10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
