SLC1A5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC1A5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,844 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC1A5-associated genes across cancer lineages are YARS1, GRWD1, and AP2S1. Each is linked with SLC1A5 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC1A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC1A5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC1A5 versus YARS1 in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC1A5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC1A5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
