SLC1A5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC1A5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC1A5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with SLC1A5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC1A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC1A5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rad50 grouped by SLC1A5-low versus SLC1A5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC1A5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC1A5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
