Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC1A5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,593 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC1A5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont entry into host, Symbiont entry into host cell, and Pyrimidine-containing compound salvage. Each is linked with SLC1A5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC1A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC1A5 results are reported.
