SLC1A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC1A2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC1A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, VHL, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with SLC1A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC1A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC1A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by SLC1A2-low versus SLC1A2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC1A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC1A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
