Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC1A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,987 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC1A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic translation, ERAD pathway, and Energy derivation by oxidation of organic compounds. Each is linked with SLC1A2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC1A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC1A2 results are reported.
