The most reproducible SLC1A2-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of location in cell, Myeloid cell activation involved in immune response, and Receptor internalization. Each is linked with SLC1A2-AS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC1A2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC1A2-AS1 results are reported.
