Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC19A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,462 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC19A3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLC19A3_S212, PAPLN, and ARHGAP31. Each is linked with SLC19A3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC19A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC19A3 results are reported.
