The most reproducible SLC19A3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein folding, Nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process, and Porphyrin-containing compound metabolic process. Each is linked with SLC19A3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC19A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC19A3 results are reported.
