Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC18A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC18A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ODF1, MSGN1, and OR14K1. Each is linked with SLC18A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC18A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC18A1 results are reported.
