Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC17A9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC17A9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP4A11, OR13D1, and OR2AJ1. Each is linked with SLC17A9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC17A9-to-partner and partner-to-SLC17A9 results are reported.
