Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC17A7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC17A7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFAP97D2, OR5P3, and MYOD1. Each is linked with SLC17A7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC17A7-to-partner and partner-to-SLC17A7 results are reported.
