The most reproducible SLC17A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DRD3, GALNTL5, and ACSM2B. Each is linked with SLC17A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC17A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC17A2 results are reported.
