Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC17A2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,380 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC17A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASXL3, PCARE, and NWD1. Each is linked with SLC17A2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC17A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC17A2 results are reported.
