Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC16A9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,877 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC16A9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P32, GGA1, and E2F1. Each is linked with SLC16A9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A9-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P32 grouped by SLC16A9-low versus SLC16A9-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC16A9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC16A9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
