Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC16A8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,256 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC16A8-associated genes across cancer lineages are IREB2, MIS18A, and REEP4. Each is linked with SLC16A8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A8-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC16A8 versus IREB2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC16A8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC16A8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
