SLC16A8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC16A8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 125 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC16A8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRGJP2, IGHD3-16, and CES1P2. Each is linked with SLC16A8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A8-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRGJP2 grouped by SLC16A8-low versus SLC16A8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC16A8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC16A8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
