SLC16A5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC16A5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,458 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC16A5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARAP3, EML3, and SSH3. Each is linked with SLC16A5 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC16A5 versus ARAP3 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC16A5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC16A5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
