SLC16A5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC16A5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC16A5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Fibronectin, FoxM1, and FOXO3a. Each is linked with SLC16A5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Fibronectin grouped by SLC16A5-low versus SLC16A5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC16A5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC16A5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
