The most reproducible SLC16A5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Death-inducing signaling complex assembly, Xenophagy, and Negative regulation of response to type II interferon. Each is linked with SLC16A5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A5 results are reported.
