SLC16A4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC16A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,953 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC16A4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SORBS3, FERMT2, and SMC4. Each is linked with SLC16A4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC16A4 versus SORBS3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC16A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC16A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
