Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC16A12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 278 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC16A12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIOX, GNPNAT1, and DNASE2. Each is linked with SLC16A12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A12-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIOX grouped by SLC16A12-low versus SLC16A12-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC16A12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC16A12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
