SLC15A4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC15A4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,310 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC15A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP9YP10, RNU7-51P, and RNA5SP251. Each is linked with SLC15A4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC15A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC15A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP9YP10 grouped by SLC15A4-low versus SLC15A4-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC15A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC15A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
