SLC15A3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC15A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,982 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC15A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC9, HAVCR2, and FCGR1A. Each is linked with SLC15A3 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC15A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC15A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC15A3 versus SIGLEC9 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC15A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC15A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
