SLC15A3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC15A3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,208 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC15A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMDS, RNU6-994P, and TRIM16. Each is linked with SLC15A3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC15A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC15A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GMDS grouped by SLC15A3-low versus SLC15A3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC15A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC15A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
