Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC15A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,043 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC15A3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of viral life cycle, Antigen processing and presentation of exogenous peptide antigen via MHC class Ib, and Negative regulation of viral process. Each is linked with SLC15A3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC15A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC15A3 results are reported.
